Lady Panthers Win Slugfest By 10, 20-10

This past Friday, the Gorman Lady Panthers traveled to Deleon to take on the always tough Deleon Lady ‘Cats. A slugfest would ensue seeing a total of 30 runs scored between the two teams. Gorman would outslug the Lady Cats and win, 20-10. The Gorman bats were hot this game. Yulissa Madera started the game off with a leadoff homerun in the first to set the tone, then in the same inning Melissa Ramirez hit a two run homerun scoring Alex Madera who got on with a single making it 3-0 in the 1st.
