Loboes’ Bats Come Alive This Week

The Cisco Loboes defeated the Dublin Lions in a District 8 AAA contest 10-2 in seven innings on Tuesday at Cisco after a seven-run explosion in the sixth inning. The Loboes scored in the sixth on a hit by pitch, 2 errors, a walk by Carson Teaff, a steal of home by Dustin Ferguson, and a two-run double by Seth Allen. Allen racked up two RBIs on two hits for Cisco. Allen also recorded the win for the home team. He allowed one run over 2 1/3 innings. He struck out three, walked four and surrendered two hits. Yarborough took the loss for Dublin. He allowed 10 runs in six innings, walked two and struck out four. The Cisco Loboes never surrendered the lead after the fifth inning, scoring three runs on an error and two singles by Landen Lewis and Teaff.
