Karla Allen Named Queen At Mary Kay Convention

Karla Allen, joined thousands of Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants from around the country at the company’s annual seminar at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas. During the seminar, Allen was recognized as number one in the Go Give Diamond Sales Division. and on Friday night she was named #1 in the entire Diamond Sales Division and was crowned Queen of Court of Sharing. Allen began her Mary Kay business in March, 1987 and is currently an Independent Senior Sales Director. She began her business while living in Katy, Texas, in 1987. She earned her first Mary Kay car in 1988 and became a Independent Sales Director in 1989. She moved to Italy, Texas and lived there for 2 years before moving to Palestine, Texas in 1991 where she lived for 20 years. She remained as an Independent Sales Director until the year 2006 when she “stepped down” her position back to raise her 3 biological nieces.
