2-Point Conversion the Difference
By Stephen Forester
It was a battle from the first whistle to the game ending horn. Both Cisco and Sonora pounded the ball inside and out. At times, the Loboes were up by at least 14 points and 21 during the third quarter. Two special teams’ plays and penalties on those plays swung the momentum in the final quarter towards the Broncos. Landen Lewis punched in a Lobo touchdown from the 3-yard line with 5 minutes left in the game to move the Lobo lead to 35-21. The drive was 6 plays and 67 yards. Taylor Massey hit Lewis for 51 yards to set up the score.
