ECWSD COMPLETES BOARD REORGANIZATION

With the instatement of the new President, Steve Gerdes and the new Vice- President Ken Chapman, the Eastland County Water Supply District completed the reorganization of their board by taking their Oath of Offices. Enprotec/Hibbs & Todd prepared a Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan and the board adopted this plan from the resolution that was listed on the Boards Agenda.
