It was another historical year for the residents of Cisco, Texas. The great flood of May/June 2016 dominated the headlines for several weeks as it also dominated the talk around town. The Cisco Development Corporation continues to make the city a ‘happening’ place for businesses. And who can forget the national election that wrapped up in November, finally!!!!
