Lady Bulldogs Finish 4th In Gorman Tourney

The Ranger Lady Bulldogs participated in the Gorman Lady Panthers softball tournament this past weekend. The pool games on Thursday were canceled so they entered the bracket play on Friday against the Millsap Lady Bulldogs. The battle of the Lady Bulldogs on Friday went to the Ranger girls, 7-2. Millsap scored a run in the first inning to take a 1-0 lead. Ranger responded well by scoring 2 runs in the top of the 2nd to take a 2-1 lead. The Lady Bulldogs then separated themselves from Millsap with 5 big runs in the top of the 3rd inning to take a comfortable 7-1 lead. Millsap scored 1 more run, but it wasn’t enough.
