Eastland Lady Mavs place 2nd in Silver Bracket

The Eastland Lady Mavs competed in the Albany Lions Summer Slam volleyball tournament this past weekend.  After pool play on Thursday, the Lady Mavs were placed in the Silver bracket for Saturday.  They began the bracket play with wins over Clyde and Lingleville.  The win over the Lingleville Lady Cardinals set up a championship match with Abilene Christian.  The Lady Mavs fell to ACHS in three tight, tense games.  Congrats to the Lady Mavs for a fine weekend!!
