HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD AMENDS GRANT AND DISTRICT OVERLAY MAP

The Eastland Historic Preservation Board met for their monthly meeting on March 12th. In their first item of business, Board Members voted to approve a revised proposal from Eastland Office Supply/Radio Shack Owner, Richard Barron, for the Historical Grant which he was awarded last month. The roof repair project costs was removed from the previous proposal. Wall repair, fire escape, and store-front repair estimate amounts were adjusted. Mr. Barron advised that a poly-flexible coating will be sprayed on the East side of the building.
