Two Texas teams did the Texas Two Step in game 13 of the Alpine Bank Junior College World Series with San Jacinto edging out Cisco 13-9. Down 1-0 in the bottom half of the first, Cisco would load the bases with the first three batters of the inning via a walk and pair of singles. Lefty Zach Rheams stepped up and hit a two-RBI single into center field. Rheams hesitated and tried to make it to second. The shortstop threw the ball low, allowing a third run to score. Rheams would score on the next at bat off a Grant Reuben RBI single to center. It was Cisco 4-1 after one.
