The Ranger Bulldogs traveled to Mertzon to take on the Irion County Hornets Friday evening in a non-district matchup. The Hornets connected for a touchdown in each of the four quarters, with an additional score in the 3rd quarter to send the Bulldogs home with a 35-6 loss.
