Mr. Kelly Kunkel is ending his seven-year tenure with Ranger Schools. He has resigned and taken a similar position with Lipan ISD. K. Kunkel was approved as Elementary Principal by Lipan I.S.D.’s Board of Trustees on April 30. K. Kunkel has been Elementary Principal since 2008. He promoted his first complete class to RMS last year. “That was a special group of children.
