City Council Discusses Debt Service, And Water Rate Increase by ECWSD

On December 22, 2014 The city council of Ranger Texas met. The main item was todiscuss how to handle additional debt service and water rate increase implemented by Eastland County Water Supply District. Last Year the citycommission raised the city wide water bills to offset the cost of loans and bonds to be paid off.
