Mae Elizabeth Bingham

   GORMAN- Mae Elizabeth Bingham, age 91, formerly of Gorman passed away Saturday, January 10, 2015 at the Pleasant Valley Health Care & Rehab Center in Garland, Texas.

   Service will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 16, 2015 at the First Baptist Church with Ernest Wall and Barry Schahn officiating.  Burial will be at Sand Hill Cemetery. Funeral services under the direction of Higginbotham Funeral Home in Gorman.

   Elizabeth was born January 2, 1924 in Gorman to  Pinkney Clayborn McCulley and Ida Leona (Capers) McCulley.  She was a graduate of Gorman High School.  She married Wade George Bingham on January 18, 1942 in Eastland, Texas.  He preceded her in death on July 14, 2005.  She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church.

   She is survived by one daughter, Terry Wedge and husband, Larry of Sachse, TX; three grandchildren; Kevin Wall of Duncanville, Jamie Plaistad of Burleson and Kelly Kennedy of Mesquite;  six great grandchildren, Nathan Wall, Andrew Wall and Brandon Wall, Michael Plaistad, Daniel Plaistad and Brittany Harp; one great-great granddaughter, Grace Wall.

   She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Gloria Wall, three sisters and one brother.

   Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
