James Poe Obituary

 Mr. James Poe, 82, of Snyder, TX. died on Saturday, June 20, 2015.  

   A memorial  service for Mr. Poe will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church with Brother Bill Brown officiating and Brother Nicky Johnson assisting. Service under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.  

   Mr. Poe was born on November 17, 1932 in Cisco, Texas to A.C. and Madeline (Hooker) Poe. He married Anna McCrary on March 11, 1951 in Cisco. He served in the Navy during the Korean War and was a retired Baptist pastor. He is survived by his wife Anna Poe, Snyder, TX; one son, Bill Poe and wife Delisa of Snyder, TX; two daughters,  Jane Jackson and husband John, Greenville, TX and Laura Cash and husband George of Evening Shade, AR; one sister, Judy Martin and husband Wes, Wichita Falls, TX; one brother, I.G. Graves and wife Pam, Hideaway Lake, TX; 8 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

   He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, James Hugh.
