Clyde Richard (C.R.) Kinser Obituary

   EASTLAND – Clyde Richard (C.R.) Kinser, 71, of Eastland, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2015 at his home after a very long battle with cancer. 

   A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. April 1, 2015 at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Bobby Machen officiating.

     He was born July 26, 1942 in Gorman, TX to Roy and Lovena Kinser.  He graduated from Gorman High School in 1961.  Spending 30 years as a contractor and carpenter, he finally settled for ranching.  

     On July 21, 1984, he married his soul mate, Shirley Sparkman. 

   His parents and a sister, Holly Kinser, preceded him in death.

     Survivors include wife, Shirley Kinser; a daughter, Courtney Hansen and husband Kaleb of Cisco; step-daughter, Shea Schafer, husband Brian, and granddaughters Kaitlyn, Haley & Bailee Johnson; step-son Toby Sparkman and wife Nicole and grandsons Grayson and Braydon Sparkman all of Eastland. 

  He was loved dearly and will be missed.
