   FOR LINE-UP PURPOSES, PLEASE TELL US TOTAL LENGTH OF YOUR ENTRY “_____” FT 

   Line-up will begin @ 8:30 AM at the Ranger Swimming Pool Park area Entries must be in place by 9:00 AM for Judging. Your map will have your place marked.

Trophies (1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place) will be given as winning entires reach the review podium. Bands and other non-motor groups will be walking, so all motor vehicles

& horses  PLEASE proceed very slow, 5 mph, keeping 30 feet (about two car lengths) between you and the entry you are following - remember to STOP at the

Review Podium to be announced to the crowd. 

   Also- The Photographer will want to take a picture of your Entry! 

   Please given information about your entry, including names of participants so that when you reach the Review Podium the Announcer can tell the crowd

who you are and what you represent. (Information may be written on back of form, or attach another sheet.) Entires will be Judged on Parade Theme and Originality. 

   In order to prepare lineup positions, assign entry numbers, and mail your map & Entry Number back to you, ALL ENTRY FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED

NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M. FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2016 at Ranger Historical Preservation Society, P.O. Box 320, Ranger, Texas 76470, or forms may

be faxed to 254-647-3824 All entries received by this date will be mailed a map including their entry number and lineup position. Need more information?

   Late entires will not be turned away, but will have to follow at the end of the parade and will not be judged.
