Cleanup Continues

a small group of volunteers continued their efforts this week to clean a lot next to the soon to be completed Family Dollar in Rising Star. Two weeks ago volunteers began tearing down an old dilapidated house, and now that the structure has been leveled, they are working hard to remove the debris. One of the organizers said that the cold weather has slowed their work, but now with daylight savings time and warmer temperatures, they are hoping to have more time to work on this project.
