Six candidates will vie for the State Senate seat which was vacated by Robert Duncan. A special election will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2014. In order to vote in the September 9th election, you must have been registered no later than Monday, August 11th. Early Voting, for the September 9th special election, is being held at the Eastland County Courthouse; 100 W. Main; Eastland, Texas, in the Confer ence Room .
