The Cisco City Council met in regular business this past Monday evening in the Council Chambers on Conrad Hilton in beautiful downtown Cisco. Amongst the many budget oriented ordinances and resolutions discussed and passed, a weighty discussion was held concerning the future of the water treatment plant.
