Discuss/Approve upgrading the old section of (from CMR Rail Yard to Ranger Meat) ECWSD transmission line to the City of Ranger.

Discuss/Approve ECWSD installing and paying for 2ea. 14” water valves at the City of Eastland Pump Station.

Discuss/Approve soliciting offers for ECWSD’s insurance needs
