City To Add $4/Month To Water Bill

The Cisco City Council met for regular business this past Monday evening in the Council Chambers next to the Police Department on Conrad Hilton Boulevard in beautiful downtown Cisco. In an effort to try and regain revenues lost by the flood and eventual water plant disaster, the city passed a water revenue loss surcharge. Officially, it is Ordinance 0-2016-11, “An ordinance of the City of Cisco, Texas, providing that the city’s code of ordinances be amended by adding section 20-3, water revenue loss surcharge; and establishing an effective date.”
