The Eastland Mavericks finished their Area series sweep of the Alpine Bucks this evening with a 9-4 victory.
Leading the offensive attack was Clay Brewer 3 for 4, 2 RBIs and 1 run scored.
Braden Blackwell pitched 4.1 innings for the victory.
Next for the Mavericks are the Holliday Eagles, the winner of District 8, they swept Hawley and Reagan County.
