Rising Star FFA Recognized At Cross Timbers Banquet

Rising Star– Members of the Rising Star FFA chapter traveled to Stephenville, TX, December 8th to the Cross Timbers FFA Banquet where they were recognized for their efforts in 2014. Chapter members Emory Geye and Kailie Nall were recognized for earning the Lonestar Degree, the highest degree a member may earn at the state level. The chapter also received the Golden Horizon Award with the Bronze designation. The Golden Horizon Award is based on the overall performance of the FFA chapter.
