The Rising Star DOWNTOWN OPEN AIR MARKET will again be held on the first Saturday of each month from 9AM until 4PM along Main Street in Rising Star. This market is held to encourage business enterprise in Rising Star and welcomes “open air” vendors to participate. Local businesses are also ready and willing to welcome all local and visiting citizens to the town. The weather is becoming cooler and more comfortable for walking along and checking out the various items displayed for sale.
