Randall Davis Is New Rising Star Chief Of Police

Newly appointed Chief of Police, Randall Davis has been eagerly meeting the citizens of Rising Star and getting acquainted with the city itself. Chief Davis said he is looking forward to working with the community and is grateful for the inviting welcome he has received from the towns people. Chief Davis is coming to Rising Star from Winters, Texas, where he served as Chief of Police.
