A number of people turned out for the Open Air Market this weekend that was held in downtown Rising Star. There were numerous garage sales in town. Vendors set up booths on Main Street, and several local businesses were also open. In addition to shopping and browsing, people also enjoyed visiting and some took time out to swap a few stories.
