RISD Board Addresses Tax Collection, Exemptions

Thursday March 17th the Ranger ISD board met in regular session. They announced the student of the month as Liz Sanchez and also the teacher of the month as Coach Bruce Goodwin. The school tax collection for the year added up to 88% total. The board also approved the tax exemption for homestead owners that live in Ranger. The exemption is $25,000.00.
