Shirley Griffith was presented a Plaque of Appreciation by Mayor Troy Emery for her twenty years of service to the City of Ranger at the annual City Christmas Open House on December 17. Dec. 17 was also proclaimed Shirley Griffith day. Congratulations Shirley!
