Ranger Mayor Joe Pilgrim informed citizens about the map over lay grant the city is going to apply for. This over lay map will have information about where all the water lines are currently in the city along with the sewer lines and shut off points for both. In 2002 a book was put together for city improvements that could be made. Some of the totals in the book were well beyond reach of the goals the city is in need of today.
