Bob Brinkman, 2014 Grand Marshal of the Roaring Ranger Parade, joined the staff of the Texas Historical Commission in 2001 and is the coordinator of the Historical Markers program, in which capacity he has written 500 or so historical markerinscriptions. Bob graduated from Round Rock High School and earned degrees in cultural geography from the University of Texas and historic architecture from Texas A&M.
