Barney Lee Sellers

CISCO- Barney Lee Sellers, 78, of Cisco passed away at his home in Cisco, March 10, 2015. Funeral Service were at 2 P.M. Saturday March 14, 2015 in Kimbrough Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Bruce Stovall and Jim Lewis officiating. Internment with Military Honors followed at Oakwood Cemetery in Cisco under the direction of Kimbrough Funeral Home. Barney was born September 27, 1936 in Cisco, Texas to Sterling Goldston Sellers and Leona Easter (Ingram) Sellers. He was a career marine joining towards the end of the Korean Conflict and serving his country during Vietnam, attaining the rank of gunnery sergeant. Barney married Sharon (Hines) on April 17, 1959 in El Toro California. After his retirement they made their home in Cisco. Survivors are his wife Sharon of Cisco; Daughters: Perry Ann Hill and husband John of Miami Fla., Patricia Marie Lewis and husband Jim of Wichita, Kansas; Sons: Darrell Dewayne Sellers and wife Becky of Eldorado, TX., Gerald Wayne Sellers and wife Scarlet of Angleton, TX., Paul Edward Sellers and wife Kelly of Cisco, Steven Lee Sellers and wife Debbie of Benbrook, TX., Brothers: Tommy George Sellers and wife Barbara of Callahan County, Roy Sellers of Cisco, Edward Joseph Sellers of Gorman, TX., and Charles Paul Sellers of El Paso, TX. Twenty grandchildren and nineteen great grand children.
