The public is invited to attend a reception for State Representative Jim Keffer and Candidate Kevin Downing at the Connellee Hotel in Eastland next Thursday, February 18th, from 6-7:30 p.m. Jim Keffer is a current Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives from District 60, which includes Eastland, Brown, Callahan, Coleman, Shackelford, Stephens Palo Pinto and Hood counties.
