EARLY MORNING BURGLARY IN EASTLAND THURSDAY AUGUST 27

According to Eastland Police Chief Myrick, a burglary was interrupted at 7-Eleven store on Main St. in Eastland early Thursday morning. He said that there were 2 individuals involved in the burglary, who got away. The police recovered a video from the store. They believe that the individuals had 2 layers of clothing on due to finding clothing and tools of the suspects scattered between 7-Eleven and Tigermart on I 20. Chief Myrick said the Eastland PD would be sending evidence for analysis in hopes of identifying the suspects.
