Submitted by Lori Holliday Following more than a four-decade absence, an important part of the heritage f Cisco has returned home to be permanently housed in the Lela Latch Lloyd Museum. Thanks to the alertness and generosity of Norm Owen, a former Texas Department of Transportation employee, we are thrilled that the dedication plaqueof the old Cisco Viaduct that was part of Highway 6 on the east side of town has found a permanent home in our museum”, said Duane Hale, president of the Lela Latch Lloyd Museum Board.
