Vernon Ray Duggan

CISCO- Vernon Ray Duggan 83 of Ciscowent home to his Lord and Savior July 9, 2015.  Graveside Services were held 10 A.M. Tuesday July 14, 2015 at MitchellCemetery in Cisco, Texas with Pastor Steven Bloyd officiating under the direction of Kimbrough Funeral Home of Cisco. Vernon was born March 20, 1932 to Ravie E.Duggan and Opal Odessa (Coulter) Duggan in Rising Star, Texas. He attended school in Rising Star and  as a U.S. Army Veteran having served during the Korean Conflict. Vernon was a production operator for Sid Richardson CarbonBlack Company and also was a water meter reader for the City of Odessa. On June 22, 1951 Vernon married Joyce Eileen Bloyd in Seagraves, Texas. Survivors are wife Eileen of Cisco; Daughter: Colleen Owings and husband Ronald of Cisco, Texas. Sons: David Lynn Duggan and wife April of Warren, Michigan, and Carl Ray Duggan and wife Sharon of Kemah, Texas. Sister: Modene Duddington and husband George of Pensacola,  lorida. Brothers: Billy Duggan and wife Jerry of Weatherford, Texas  nd  .E. Duggan Jr. and wife Linda of Mineral Wells, Texas. Seven Grandchildren and Fourteen Great- Grandchildren.
