Fears, 84, retired Manager of Southwestern Bell, were held at 11 a.m., Saturday,June 27, 2015, at Harvey Baptist Church in Stephenville, Texas, with Rev. Jerry Hall and Dr. Kyle Davis officiating. Graveside services followed at 3 p.m.Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Cleburne, Texas. Visitation was held one hour prior to the service at Harvey Baptist Church. Lacy FuneralHome of Stephenville was in charge of arrangements. Kirby Fears passed away June 23, 2015 in Granbury, Texas. Kirby was born in Fort orth, Texas on November 15, 1930, to Robert Oliver Fears and Ruth Elizabeth (McCool) Fears. He married Betty Jean Robinson on January 13, 1952. She preceded him in death on June 6, 1977. He then married Sudie (Sue) Bell Tennyson on December 9, 1977, in Cisco, Texas. Kirby and Sue joined the Gideon’s International together in 1984. Kirby erved in the Army from 1952 to 1954 as a Corporal during the Korean War. urvivors include his wife, Sue Fears of Granbury, Texas; children, Kathy Liles and husband, Glenn, of Granbury, Becky McNeil and husband, Earl, of Lubbock, David Fears of New Braunfels, Texas, and Tracy Fears and wife, Charlie of Iowa Park, Texas;grandchildren, Leslie Jean Bollier, Brandi LiMorgan, Kelly Anne Fears, Alicia Nicole Roberts, Joseph Lynn Liles, Michael James Kouri, Ashley Elizabeth Wetzel, Lynsie L’rae Nuckolis, Kristi Ann McKenna, Jeff Todd Hall, Willie Truitt, James Truitt, Steven Glenn Liles, and Paul Jason Liles; and numerous great-grandchildren.
