‘Pat Owens Can Do It’

The following at our request and in her own words, is the history of   e glamorous and beautiful Cisco (Jr.) College Wrangler Belles Drill Team as she lived and led it for many years. It will run in series, so you will  ant to save each historical installment.) H.V. O’Brien called to  the recent loss of my husband, George Owens whom he had known when they attended CJC. Prompted by the Wrangler Belle program held a few nights before, he  coincidence of how my tenure came about, plus  write in detail about my  do. His request could not  Wrangler Belles more appropriate.
