Notice is hereby given that the Gorman City Commission will meet in Regular Session at 5:30 p.m., in the Gorman Community Center Commission Meeting Room at 118 S. Kent St., Gorman, on Thursday June 4, 2015 to consider the following agenda items:

1. Opening Prayer, Followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and Texas Pledge, Attendance

2. Call the Meeting to Order - Swearing in of new Commissioners

3. Approve the Minutes of the Previous Meeting

4. Citizens Forum and In Put Maximum time 5 minutes approximately

5. Department Head Reports (First meeting each month), Requests, and Information Referencing Job Details

6. 2nd Reading of Ordinance #2015-03 Adopting a Budget for Fiscal Year 2015-16

7. Painting - Small Repairs at Charlie Garrett Memorial Library

8. Appoint Mayor Pro Tem and Possibly Restructure Commission Places

9. Fogging for Mosquitos-Applicator
