Joyous sounds filled the historic First Presbyterian Church in Eastland on Wednesday, Dec. 10th as members of the Eastland ivic League and Garden Club gathered in the sanctuary to hear a concert of Christmas carols performed by musical ensemble Peggy Nix, Violin, Nettie Wilson, Cello, and Dr. Bob Matthews, piano.The concert began with the Christian Advent hymn:
