The Ranger Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park was dedicated August 7th, 2007. Two hometown boys, who grew up together and both went to Vietnam, had a dream. Joel Jimenez and I were talking on the way back from the Big Spring VA Hospital in 2006 about wishing we had a Vietnam Memorial in Ranger.
