Notice is hereby given that the Gorman City Commission will meet in Regular Session at 6:00 p.m., in the Gorman Community Center Commission Meeting Room at 118 S. Kent St. Gorman, on Tuesday October 20, 2015 to consider the following agenda items: 

1. Opening Prayer, Followed by Pledge of Allegiance and Texas Pledge, Attendance

1. Call the Meeting to Order

AGENDA ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION AND DISCUSSION OF POSSIBLE ACTION:

1. Approve the Minutes of the Previous Meeting

1. Approve the Bills for Payment

1. Citizens Forum and In Put Maximum time 5 minutes approximately

1. Department Head Reports (First meeting each month), Requests, and Information Referencing Job Detail

1. Electronic Meter Reading Representative;  Requested To Be On Agenda by Phone; Email Follow-up was not received. **

Any of the above and foregoing agenda items, which require action, may be acted upon by the City Commission.  The Commission reserves the right to convene into Executive Session on any of the above items if said items qualify pursuant to Article 6252.17 Vernon’s Texas Civil Statutes, Section 2 (e) Legal;  Section 2(f) Real Estate/Donations;  Section 2 (g) Personnel; or Section 2 (i) Security.
