MEALS ON WHEELS REACHES 100,000 MEALS IN 10 YEARS!

Meals on Wheels is pleased to announce that since being computerized in 2004, we have delivered 100,000 meals to the clients inside the city of Eastland. At noon each week Monday through Friday, a hot meal is delivered to over 35 seniors or adults with disabilities, who are unable to prepare a balanced meal for themselves. It is not just nutrition we are providing; it is companionship, and offering a smile or a handshake to let the clients know that we care.
