Career ‘Nothing Spectacular’ Saylors Says

Residents of the City of Eastland have been protected by Patrol Sergeant Frank Saylors for many years now, and most consider him to be among Eastland’s finest officers. Saylors has now ended that career, as a public servant, effective February 28, 2014. Osco Frank Saylors began his career as a Police Dispatcher in Nacona, Texas in 1976.
