City Joins Ranger Plan For Oil Boom Centennial Hears Reports And Appoints

The meeting opened with the naming of P.D. Special Investigator Jason Weger as Officer of the Year, recommended and introduced by Police Chief David Hullum.

Commissioners heard Ranger Historical Preservationist Jeannie Pruett ask for participation in the Oct. 14 special 100th anniversary of the Oil Boom, labeled ‘Ranger’ but which affected the entire county, state and nation.
