CERRG Leadership Program Holds Fourth Session

The CERRG Leadership Class of 2016-2017 met for their fourth session last week in Cisco at the Hilton Center. “Elements of a Strong Community” was the theme for the day. The CERRG acronym stands for Cisco-Eastland-Ranger-Rising Star-Gorman. The day-long session began with a problem solving challenge. Small groups were formed to collaborate in solving a challenge that was created from a lost at sea survival scenario. The exercise on team collaboration is significant to situations that occur for rural community leaders.
