EASTLAND, TX - With over 40 teams signed up, the downtown square in Eastland should be smoke filled this Saturday, April 9 for the 2016 Annual Rip’s Ribs Cook Off. Kicking off at 9 A.M. with a mandatory cook’s meeting the event runs through the day ending up at 6:30 p.m. with a catered rib meal by Circle M Bar-B-Que. Vendors ranging from wood work to snow cones will be set up for those in attendance.
