Mavs Finish 11th At STATE Golf Tourney

The Eastland Mavericks boys’ golf team traveled to Austin, Texas this past week to participate in the 2A State Golf Tournament at the Roy Kizer Golf Course. On Day 1, the Mavs got an early start to the tourney, with the first Mav, Nick Zavala teeing off before 8 am. Here are the results from Day 1:
