With only 4 teams in district, EHS will advance

The non-district schedule for the Lady Mavericks is through. The preparation and work in the non-district season leads up to these next three weeks. AAA District 8 Region 1 consists of only four teams. The Lady Mavs will compete with the Lady Indians of Jim Ned, the Lady Buckaroos of Breckenridge and the Lady Bulldogs of Clyde for the 4 available playoff spots. No matter what the record says, the Lady Mavs are guaranteed a playoff spot. The district schedule began this past Tuesday and continues this week with HOME games against Breckenridge on Saturday (10 am) and Clyde on Tuesday (4:30 pm).
