Cisco Police Make Arrests For Fraud, Other Charges

The Cisco Police Department has been hard at work protecting our community from crime. Last week Lt. Young and Officer McKinney made an arrest that not only protected Cisco, but also all of the other small communities in our area. Sandy Stephenson, 31y/ o, and James Brunham, 30y/o, had been stealing identification documents and then making fraudulent temporary Drivers Licenses, and using these to purchase goods with fake checks.
